My first foray into making music
Allow me to re-introduce myself
Ever since I can remember, I’d always wanted to make beats. Music has shaped a lot of who I am as a creative individual, also acting as my gateway to graphic design (by creating show posters for punk shows in the 00’s). Inspired by some of the greatest producers in the industry; artists such as J Dilla, Timbaland, 9th Wonder, DJ Premier, RJD2, The Cool Kids, Pharrell, Boi-1da, Kanye West and Bonobo, I finally started out on my path in music making with a 14-track, instrumental Hip Hop ensemble titled ‘A’ under the name &D.
