Already the website's most used interactive tool, Audi Match was designed for customers to quickly get paired with the most appropriate model in the Audi range based on their lifestyle preferences. Practicing reduction in design, we towed the line between functional and emotional in terms of the questions that led to the matchmaking. While we were keen to get a sense of the customer's lifestyle, more pragmatic inputs helps the tool pull the most appropriate model first. This tool puts an end to laborious scrolling and searching and gets the customer to the product as quickly as possible.
